Jacques Sredni

Director Customer Experience Design - Global Customer Experience Process Lead at Stericycle

Jacques Sredni serves as the Director of Customer Experience Design and Global Customer Experience Process Lead at Stericycle since September 2007, focusing on improving Contact Center and Customer Center operations in the context of regulated medical waste and return management services. Previously, Jacques worked as an International Business Development Executive at Euromonitor International, as a CRM Manager during the conceptual phase of Deutsche Bank's MaxBlue initiative, and held leadership roles at Citi, where notable achievements included a 600% sales increase within one year through a new Telesales area. Early career experience includes consulting for Accenture. Jacques holds an Engineering degree from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Loyola University Chicago, and additional educational experiences at Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania.
