Ericka Labedz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contracts, compliance, and healthcare law. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Stericycle since October 2022, Ericka previously held various roles at TIDI Products, culminating in the position of Director of Contracts and Pricing Administration. Prior to that, Ericka was a Manager of Legal at Baxter International Inc., overseeing compliance issues and contract negotiations in the US Renal business, handling agreements valued at approximately $300 million. Other notable experience includes a Senior Compliance Analyst role at AbbVie, legal fellow at IHIM, and attorney positions at First National Development, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Heitman Retail Properties. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University.
