Vitalii Ohnivets has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Vitalii started their career at PrivatBank in 2004, where they worked as a Leading Expert in the Head Office until 2012. Vitalii then progressed to the role of Deputy Head of Department, where they worked until 2017. During their time at Ning Interactive Inc. in 2017, they served as a Product BA, contributing to the development of a monetization project for the Ning.com social network. In the same year, they joined Fintech Band and monobank as a Project Manager, and their current role is also a Project Manager at stereo since 2022. Overall, Vitalii's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management and their ability to adapt to various industries.

Vitalii Ohnivets completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Robotic systems and complexes at Dnipro National University from 1999 to 2004. Vitalii then pursued a post-graduate degree in Enterprise economy at the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Vitalii Ohnivets has obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they completed the SQL Fundamentals certification from SkillsUp. In April 2021, they obtained the "Global financial-economic system: current state and development prospects" certification from Deloitte. In February 2023, they achieved the "Courses English - Pre-Intermediate" certification from Englishdom. Most recently, in May 2023, they obtained the certification for "ClickHouse - The fastest open-source analytical database" from monobank.
