Mia Weston is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in people operations, account management, and marketing. Currently serving as a People Operations Administrator at The Stepstone Group since June 2023, Mia has previously held the position of Account Manager at Totaljobs from January 2022 to June 2023. Additionally, Mia was a Director on the Board of Directors for Warts and All Theatre and Future Leaders - The Utilities Mentoring Network. Having worked at Consult Energy Recruitment in various roles, including Marketing Manager and Recruitment Consultant, Mia has developed a strong background in recruitment solutions and client management.
