Wendy Flynn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and investigative services. Currently serving as the Manager of Background & Drug Testing Services at Insperity since February 2011, Wendy cultivates relationships with C-level executives and HR professionals, ensuring compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In addition, Wendy works as a REALTOR® and investor with StepStone Realty, LLC, pivoting towards real estate solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a REALTOR® with Realty Solutions and JLA Realty, where Wendy significantly served clients across the Houston area and Hill Country of Texas. Wendy's early career includes teaching social studies at Humble ISD and working as an investigator for W.T. Smith and Associates. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and Texas Real Estate Certification from Kaplan Real Estate Education.
