Andy Jones is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and corporate development sectors, currently serving as Senior Managing Director at StepStone Group since September 2021 and as a Venture Partner at Greenspring Associates since 2019. Previous experience includes Managing Director at Maryland Venture Fund from 2015 to 2019, Head of Acquisitions/Corporate Development at Kingspan Group plc in 2014-2015, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at High Street Partners from 2009 to 2014. Andy has also held roles as General Partner at Boulder Ventures, Associate at Grotech Ventures, and Management Consultant at both Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Consulting.
