Alex Clermont currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Steppingstone since September 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple positions at TDC, including Director of People and Operations and Practice Manager from July 2021 to July 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Boston By Foot from May 2018 to July 2021, and working as a Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis in 2018. Alex was also the Visitor Services and Museum Store Manager at The Bostonian Society from June 2012 to December 2017. Academic credentials include an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change from UMass Boston, along with a BS in Management, Marketing, Leadership, and Organizational Change, and an AA in Communication from Bunker Hill Community College.
