Dennis Barton has extensive experience in community engagement and support through various roles since 2004. As an Adult Role Model at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, Dennis facilitates workshops and seminars, equipping parents with tools to discuss sexuality and family values with their children. Additionally, Dennis serves as a Stephen Minister at Stephen Ministries and has been a Deacon at Middle Collegiate Church since 2008. At the Interfaith Assembly on Homelessness and Housing, Dennis coordinates a Speakers Bureau and is a peer facilitator for the Life Skills Empowerment Program. Currently, Dennis holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors, demonstrating leadership within the organization. Educational background includes attendance at CUNY Bronx Community College from 1981 to 1982.
