Stephanie Wood is an accomplished Executive Coach, Talent Management Expert, and Keynote Speaker at Stephanie Wood Group since January 2016. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as Vice President of Talent Management at Community Health Network, where key responsibilities included developing strategies for professional development, talent assessment, and employee engagement. Stephanie also held various leadership positions within the same organization, focusing on organizational learning, training for the Epic EHR system, leadership development, and operational management of physician practices. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from IWU National & Global and has additional education from Indiana University Bloomington.
