Juliet Wallace is an experienced professional currently serving as the Mentor Training and Experience Manager at Step Up since August 2020, where responsibilities include supporting the lifecycle of mentors and collaborating with various organizational verticals to enhance mentorship experiences for young adults. Previous roles within Step Up include Coordinator in the Executive Office, providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team, and Community Engagement Associate as an Americorps Vista at Joffrey Ballet School. Juliet has a diverse dance background, having worked as a Company Member with ImPULSE Dance Project and as a Dance Educator at Dana’s Studio of Dance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Tech University.
