Ishmail K is a dedicated SEN Behaviour and Pastoral Specialist at Step Teachers Ltd since April 2020, with extensive experience supporting children and young adults with various learning difficulties, including Autism and EBD. Ishmail K also works as an Independent Business Owner at Ace Achievement Tutors Ltd, providing English tutoring for students across all levels. Previously, Ishmail K served as a Behavior and Learning Specialist at Leyton Sixth Form College, assisting BTEC students, and as a Graduate Event Coordinator for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, where successful community events were organized. Ishmail K holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from London Metropolitan University.
