Phil Sollecito Jr. currently serves as a member of the management staff at Step One Automotive Group since December 2018 and has held the position of General Manager at TALLAHASSEE DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP, LLC since April 2016. Previously, Phil was the General Manager at Kia of Auburn from July 2013 to December 2016 and worked as a Sales Manager at Quincy Chevrolet Buick GMC from October 2012 to June 2013. Phil also held the position of General Sales Manager at Sarasota Ford from 2004 to 2007. Phil completed education at JMA Finance School in 1998.
