Payel Duttagupta is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in academic leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Middle School at Step by Step School in Noida since March 2021, Payel previously held the role of Head of Curriculum & Pedagogy at Xperiential Learning Systems from July 2019 to February 2021. Furthermore, Payel spent a decade at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, initially as Co-head of Senior School and later as Head of Department Sciences, where responsibilities included managing a team of 70 and developing curriculum aligned with various educational standards. Payel's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Plant Biology from The Presidency University Kolkata, a BEd from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an ICSE degree from The Assembly of God Church School in Asansol.
