Rodney White is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Step Ahead ABA. Previously, Rodney held positions at ABA Centers of America as a Lead Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist. Prior to that, Rodney worked at Alorica as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager. Rodney's earlier roles include being a Building Manager at Kernersville Family YMCA and a Pharmacy Technician at WALKERTOWN FAMILY PHARMACY INC. Rodney holds an Associate's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Guilford Technical Community College.
