Manoj Kadam is a proficient engineering professional with a focus on design and development in the electrical and mechanical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design & Development Engineer at Stelmec Limited since January 2023, Manoj specializes in the manufacturing of Control Relay Panel Cabinets and Medium Voltage Porcelain Cladded Vacuum Circuit Breakers. Prior to this role, Manoj worked at TECHNOCRAFTS SWITCHGEARS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Design and Development Engineer, where responsibilities included the production of Medium Voltage panels. Manoj's earlier experience includes positions at Stelmec Limited, Jyoti Display Pvt. Ltd., Kwality Engineering Corporation, and Miracle Motors Pvt. Ltd., encompassing a range of engineering and technical tasks from design to fabrication and servicing. Manoj holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
