Juliana Viana is a QA and Customer Relations Consultant at Stellaxius since May 2020, where responsibilities include Salesforce testing, support management, requirements analysis, and Agile methodologies implementation. Previously, Juliana worked as a CRM Functional Consultant for Step Ahead Consulting, S.A., and provided e-publications flight support at HI FLY from January 2016 to September 2019, managing flight documentation and coordinating with ground teams.
