Juan E. has held various positions in legal counsel and business development before becoming the Superintendent/CEO of El Paso Independent School District, where Juan E. helped turn around the district's reputation. Currently, Juan is a co-founder of Public School Partners and Stellar Virtual. Juan E. holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and has completed leadership development programs at the London Business School and the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents.
