James From is a Senior Program Manager at Stellar Solutions, where responsibilities include developing and implementing mitigation strategies for the effects of LightSquared’s Ancillary Terrestrial Component on Inmarsat aeronautical services for US Government aircraft. Previously, James served as Deputy Director of the Joint Advanced Warfighting Program Analytical Projects Office at the Institute for Defense Analyses, providing operational expertise in space operations and coordinating military functions. Prior roles include Chief of the CENTCOM Division at Headquarters, United States Air Force, and multiple positions as a Space Operations Officer. James holds an MS in Space Operations from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, an MA in Space Systems Management from Webster University, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.
