James Tsao is an experienced professional currently serving as a Power Platform Solution Architect for both the Frederick Douglass Tunnel Replacement Program and the MTA OMNY Project, where responsibilities include designing and implementing machine installation progress reports utilizing Power Apps and Power BI. With extensive experience as an IT Manager for the Gateway Development Commission and an Information Technology Consultant for the Amtrak Gateway Program, James has been involved in key IT initiatives since April 2022. Additional roles include Microsoft Power Platform Consultant at ARUP/DDC Owner's Representative and EDMS and Project Network Manager for the Second Avenue Subway Project. Previous experience includes Document Control Manager for the MTA CBTC GEC Project Office and IT Manager for Continental Airlines. James holds an M.S. in Information Systems from Long Island University and a B.S. in Marketing from National Chung Hsing University.
