Lance Wilson is an experienced professional in the mortgage and finance sector with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Production Manager - MLO at Stellar Mortgage Corp since September 2023, Lance has previously held roles as a Loan Officer at both Stellar Mortgage Corp and The Lending Group, and as a Loan Partner at The Lending Group. Prior experience includes leadership positions as a Recruiting Manager and Staffing Manager at Robert Half, and Sales Manager at Credit Blueprint Credit Coaching. Lance began the mortgage journey as a Residential Mortgage Advisor at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Hamilton College, obtained in 2011.
