Pavan Kumar has a solid work experience in the field of recruitment and technical hiring. Pavan is currently working as a Recruitment Lead at Stellar IT Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this, Pavan worked at GSS Infotech for nine years, starting as a Team Lead/Sr. Recruiter in February 2014 and continuing until January 2023. Before joining GSS Infotech, they gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Active Enterprise Solutions from June 2012 to January 2014.

Pavan Kumar obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Pavan completed this degree program between 2003 and 2007. Later on, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in E-commerce for Business at the University of Sunderland, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
