Matheus Dias Cardoso has a background in mechanical engineering and relevant experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Gestor de Frota at act digital since February 2021, Matheus oversees fleet operations for test vehicles in South America, managing vehicle availability and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. Previously, Matheus worked as an Estagiário in Product Quality at FCA Latam from 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included analyzing failures in warranty components. Matheus holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule Schmalkalden, completed between 2019 and 2020, as well as a degree from PUC Minas obtained in December 2022.
