Anita Ulstad has extensive experience in leadership and management within the public sector, currently serving as Kommunalsjef helse og velferd and Helsesjef at Steinkjer kommune since January 2019. Prior to this, Anita held the role of Assisterende rådmann at Verran kommune for a brief period in 2018 and served as Strategisk rådgiver and stedfortreder rådmann from 2012 to 2018. Anita has also contributed to NAV as Leder NAV Verran and Project Leader for establishing NAV offices. Additional experience includes roles focusing on organizational development and social services across various municipalities. Anita holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag and has furthered education with a management qualification from Høgskolen i Nord-Trøndelag.
