Rebeca Colon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in office management and human resources. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager at Steinger, Greene & Feiner since August 2022, Rebeca has previously held roles such as Office Manager at SIGSBEE CHARTER SCHOOL INC, where responsibilities included developing organizational procedures and managing office personnel. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Associate with Monroe County School District, where Rebeca assisted new applicants and managed the onboarding process for substitute teachers.
