Matthieu W. Kowalski is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as Head of Commercialisation for Real Estate Development at Steiner AG since August 2020. Previous roles include Director of Real Estate Development at Losinger Marazzi AG and Business Development Director at DTP, where Matthieu was involved in large-scale infrastructure projects and served on the executive committee. Matthieu has also held various managerial positions within Bouygues Construction, including Business Development Manager in Australia, and has significant expertise in earthworks and local infrastructure, having worked with Vinci Construction subsidiaries. An accomplished project manager, Matthieu has overseen notable contracts such as the Troissereux bypass and the Vasco da Gama Viaduct. Matthieu holds degrees in Civil Works and Transport from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and École Polytechnique.
