Olof Hernell currently serves as the Chief Digital Officer at H2 Green Steel, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Digital Officer at EQT Holdings/EQT Partners from June 2015 to July 2021, and holding various roles at Google from April 2011 to June 2015, including Head of Android and Chrome Hardware for the Nordics. Olof Hernell was also Vice Chairman of the Board at Dataföreningen in Stockholm from March 2013 to March 2015, and held multiple positions at Avalon Innovation AB from September 2006 to April 2011, including Business Unit Manager for Cloud Computing. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at Comsol AB from 2004 to 2006. Olof Hernell holds a Master of Science degree in Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed between 1995 and 2000.
