Gary Grossman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and global service delivery. Currently serving as the Sr. Customer Relationship Director at Stefanini Group, Gary previously held multiple leadership roles at Stefanini US, including Sr. Success Director Global Service Delivery, Country Manager, and Country General Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Cyntergy, Sr. Project Manager at Marriott Hotels & Resorts, and Resource Manager/System Administrator at Ogden Allied Services Corporation. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and has additional education from Northern Virginia Community College.
