Francis Glen Pagaduan has extensive experience in retail and customer service, currently serving as a Store Manager at Starbucks since August 2012, where responsibilities include cash management, inventory management, and coaching baristas. Additionally, Francis operates as an Independent Senior Sipologist for Steeped Tea, an Independent Sales Consultant for Norwex, and a Senior Consultant for Epicureā„¢, all since 2020 and 2021. Previous experience includes managing day-to-day operations and inventory at Shoppers Drug Mart from March 2010 to June 2012 as Front Store Manager and Assistant Front Store Manager. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Winnipeg, earned from 1995 to 1999.
