Karin Arnold has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over many years. Their most recent position was with SteelSeries, where they served as an Account Director since April 2019. Karin's work experience also includes a role as the Director of Merchandising and Marketing for EB Games from October 1993 to March 2004. During this time, their main focus was on opening and developing direct publisher purchasing relationships for the Canadian division and building/mentoring the purchasing/marketing team. Karin oversaw all aspects of day-to-day purchasing and marketing strategies and played a significant role in the company's expansion, with the store base growing from 11 to over 185 locations.

Karin Arnold attended Syracuse University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations. Additionally, they also acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Marketing and Advertising from the same university.
