Richard Wendel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Richard currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Steele Canvas Basket Corp since November 2022. Previously, they worked as a Regional Manager at Curative from 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at PMG - Powder Metal Group in 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the General Manager at Nichols Portland, and from 2017 to 2018, they were the General Manager at BestMetal Corp. Richard has also held the position of Engineering Manager at Chicago Powdered Metal Products Company from 2013 to 2017. Richard worked as a Principal Product Engineer at ATI Allegheny Ludlum from 2007 to 2012 and as a Sales Manager at International Metals, LLC from 2006 to 2007. Richard has also gained experience as a Vice President/General Manager at Rideltin Powder Metal, Inc. from 2002 to 2006 and as a Sales Engineer at Akers National Roll Co from 1999 to 2003.

Richard Wendel attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
