Rehan Basheeruddin PMP ITIL v3 is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as an ERP Technical Lead at Steel Warehouse since August 2023, Rehan previously held significant roles at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. as a Senior Technical Manager, overseeing the transition from legacy systems to D365 F&O and building an internal Dynamics AX2012 knowledge base. Prior to that, Rehan was the Director of Information Technology at InnerWorkings, managing a substantial budget and directing enterprise-level software development projects. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior QA Consultant at Acquity Group, Software QA Lead at Option Care, and Project Manager/Reimbursement Supervisor at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy. Rehan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University.
