Dakota Carroll is a skilled professional with extensive experience in athletic administration and coaching. Currently serving as the Regional Teams Director at Steel Sports since June 2023, Dakota previously held the position of Associate Athletic Director at Germantown Academy from July 2020 to June 2023. Prior roles include Yoga Instructor and Club Soccer Coach at Steel Sports and Assistant to the Athletic Director at The Shipley School, where responsibilities included organizing athletic events and managing logistics for sports teams. Dakota also led the Varsity Girls Soccer program at The Shipley School, focusing on recruiting female athletes. Dakota holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, both from St. Bonaventure University, alongside a high school diploma from The Shipley School.
