Anup Agarwal has extensive experience in both operations management and software development. Currently serving as Senior Manager (Operations) at the Hot Strip Mill-2 of Rourkela Steel Plant under Steel Authority of India Limited since September 2014, Anup has progressively advanced through various managerial roles. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Software Developer in R&D at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited, specializing in CATIA within the marine and offshore division, addressing technical customer issues and enhancing product features. Anup also founded and managed My Solution Plaza, a notable online startup providing homework assistance and technology services. Anup's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Science and ongoing doctoral studies in Operations Management at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
