Chad Rhoden has a strong background in the restoration industry, with over 20 years of experience. Chad started their career in 1995 as the Restoration Division Manager at Texas Fire and Deflooding, where they worked for nine years. In 2004, they joined Rainbow International as the Director of Technical Training, a role they held for 13 years. In 2017, Chad transitioned to Wardlaw Claims Service, LLC, initially serving as the ERS Program & Technical Training Manager and later becoming the Director of Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Steamatic USA as the Vice President.
