Heebin Lee is an IT Support Technician at Steam Whistle Brewing since January 2022, specializing in troubleshooting technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking. Previous experience includes roles as a barista at aroma espresso bar and Cup to go, where responsibilities involved taking orders, serving coffee and food, as well as handling cash transactions. Heebin gained technical experience as a Co-Op technician at Seneca College, addressing software and hardware issues, and has worked as a food server at Viet De Lites, providing customer service and managing order deliveries. Additionally, Heebin completed cooperative education as a student at Min’s Dental Laboratory, focusing on 3D scanning and printing, and served as a Research Assistant at the Neuroscience Research Institute, managing information and supporting research activities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Gachon University.
