Steven Roman is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Steam Logistics since December 2022, Steven previously held the position of Tier I Service Desk Engineer at Visual Edge IT. Prior experience includes operations management at Simply Mac, where responsibilities involved overseeing purchase orders and service excellence metrics, as well as working as an Apple Certified Repair Technician.
