Paul Bilodeau is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in data science and product development. As Co-Founder of SkillsProject since January 2023, Paul focuses on innovative solutions in the tech space. Previously, as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of refactorED and Filtered from 2015 until January 2024, Paul played a pivotal role in launching initiatives aimed at democratizing data science and optimizing hiring processes. Paul's entrepreneurial journey began with founding PangeaConnect from 2009 to 2014, and prior leadership roles include Vice President for North America at Onward Technologies and a Consultant at Softworld Inc. Paul holds degrees from Northeastern University and Harvard University.
