Laura Hizer's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2012, they worked as a Web Development Intern at Deckers Outdoor Corporation and later became a Customer Service Representative. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Tier II Application Specialist at Republic Services. In 2015, Laura worked as a Sourcing Specialist at ADP. Laura then joined New Century Software in 2016 as a Software Support Analyst until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior LMS Analyst at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. Currently, Laura is employed at STChealth as a Tier 2 Software Support Analyst starting in 2020.

Laura Hizer completed their secondary education at Buena High School from 2004 to 2008. Laura then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems at Northern Arizona University, which they obtained in 2013. In addition to their degree, Laura obtained a certification in Enterprise Systems in December 2013.
