Chloe T. is the Founder and Principal of Chloe & Co. Coaching and Consulting, a role held since January 2015, where counseling and advising for senior executives and entrepreneurs on leadership effectiveness and organizational culture is prioritized. Additionally, Chloe T. serves as Assistant Director and Leadership & Career Coach at the University of California, Berkeley, actively coaching MBA students and alumni since October 2019. The professional experience encompasses executive coaching and facilitation roles across various organizations, including Zenger Folkman, Admired Leadership, and St. Charles Consulting Group, focusing on leadership development workshops and assessments for C-suite leaders. Chloe T. holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
