Tess Kryspin Lombard, MD has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tess began their career as a Lead Hospitalist at St. Vincent's Medical Center in 2003, where they served until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Medical Director of the Outpatient Division at Griffin Faculty Practice Plan. Following this, they joined Optimus Health Care as an Associate Medical Director, providing medical oversight at multiple locations and liaising with The Stamford Hospital. In 2013, Dr. Lombard became the Chief Medical Officer at First Choice Community Health Center and held this role until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Medical Officer at Staywell Health Center.

Tess Kryspin Lombard, MD attended Sacred Heart Academy of Stamford from 1980 to 1984 for their secondary education. Tess then pursued their bachelor's degree in Biology with minors in Psychology and Economics at Fairfield University from 1984 to 1988. In 1990, they enrolled in New York Medical College and earned their MD degree in 1994. After working in the medical field for several years, they decided to further their education and obtained an MBA from the University of Hartford from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Business.
