Paul Fairhurst is an experienced risk and compliance professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently, Paul serves as the Group Director of Risk and Compliance at Staysure Group, and as a Director at PSF Consultancy Services Ltd, providing expert guidance in enterprise risk management and compliance. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Trustees for Central England Co-op Pension Trustee Limited, managing a pension fund with approximately £1 billion in assets. As Head of Shared Services at Central England Co-operative, Paul successfully led a team of 135 during the Covid pandemic and implemented a comprehensive risk management framework.
