Michael Bauer is a seasoned investment professional with a focus on growth-oriented investments in enterprise software and SaaS, currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since November 2022. Bauer has held multiple leadership roles across various companies, including Board Member positions at Stayntouch and Logile, Inc. Prior experience includes serving as Principal in Structured Capital at Level Equity from March 2018 to November 2022 and Vice President at OFS Management from March 2015 to March 2018. Bauer began a career in finance at KPMG Advisory and has extensive experience in investment banking with Berkery, Noyes & Co., LLC. Bauer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Delaware.
