Jerremiah Delos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jerremiah started their career in 2007 as an ESL Instructor and Executive at Sam-Sung Multi English Academy, where they focused on teaching English to foreign learners. From 2007 to 2008, they also worked as a Marketing Executive and Team Lead at Voiceville Communications Inc., where they developed effective marketing strategies and managed a team.

In 2008, Jerremiah joined Seashells Incorporated as a Customer Service Junior Manager/Manager. Here, they provided customer feedback, monitored business health, and conducted training for employees. Jerremiah worked at Seashells Incorporated until 2011.

Following this, in 2011, Jerremiah worked as a Virtual Assistant for Rob Laughter and took on various administrative tasks. In 2012, they joined Convergys as a Customer Service Associate, where they assisted customers with their inquiries.

In 2013, Jerremiah started working as a Freelance Content Writer, providing companies with content writing services to enhance their online platforms. Jerremiah also worked as a Residential/Foxtel Billing Consultant cum SME at TeleTech Philippines during this time.

From 2014 to 2021, Jerremiah worked at Telstra in various roles. Jerremiah started as a Customer Service & Support Centre Lead - Team Leader, providing leadership in customer service and support. Jerremiah also worked as a Dedicated Moves Team One Up Manager Secondee, focusing on managing dedicated moves and providing support to the team.

In 2021, Jerremiah joined Open as an Operations Manager, where they assisted in reducing handling time of dental insurance breakdowns and conducted FGDs to enhance dental practice experiences. Jerremiah is currently working at Staykeepers as an Operating Programme Manager, ensuring delightful experiences for guests, positive experiences for landlords and managing agents, and creating a positive work environment.

Jerremiah Delos Santos began their education in 2000 at Zamboanga City State Polytechnic Colleges, where they completed their Secondary Level studies from 2000 to 2004.
