Caroline Jones has a diverse work experience in the field of career coaching and recruitment. In 1995, they started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Crone Corkill, where they worked until 1997. Then, they moved to Harrison Willis and worked as a Recruitment Consultant until 1999. In 1999, they became the Owner of Cobham Consulting, where they also worked as a Career Coach starting from November 2019. In July 2020, they took on the role of Associate Career Coach at Renovo - The Outplacement Specialists, providing tailored support to individuals during career transition.
