Sofía López Garrido has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Sofía started their career at Focus Castelló in 2019 as a Marketing Assistant, where they worked until January 2021. In 2022, they joined Club Atlético de Madrid and Best Way Events as a Presidential Box Hostess and Event Hostess respectively. Currently, they are working at STAY, starting in August 2022 as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioning to the role of Account Manager in April 2023. In their role at STAY, Sofía is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and targeting leads, and managing their own pipeline using HubSpot.

Sofía López Garrido is currently pursuing a Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their studies in Madrid, Sofía spent the academic year 2021-2022 at Halmstad University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Business and Innovation.

Sofía has also obtained several additional certifications. In January 2020, they achieved the Cambridge Advanced English, C1 certification through Cambridge University Press & Assessment English. In September 2019, they completed a course in Excel at Facultad de CC. Económicas y Empresariales-UAM. More recently, in January 2022, Sofía completed a course in cross-cultural management and business at ESSCA Ecole de management. In March 2022, they obtained a certification titled "Pathways to property: Starting your career in Real Estate" from Henley Business School.
