Bo Nygaard Larsen has been working in the business industry since 2008. Bo Nygaard began their career as the Indehaver and journalist for Nygaard Kommunikation, where they also worked as a Ginsmagninger and sprutblogger. From 2009 to 2021, they worked as a Kommunikationsmedarbejder for Roskilde Stift. In 2021, they began working as a Brand Consultant for Gebr. Heinemann and in 2022 they began working as a Business Develop Manager for Stauning Whisky.

Bo Nygaard Larsen attended Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole from 1993 to 1997.
