Danielle Norton is the Email Marketing Manager at STAT. Prior to their current role, Danielle served as the MARCOM Digital Director at the Boston University School of Public Health from September 2015 to January 2022. In this role, Danielle was responsible for the School’s digital marketing strategy and elevating the brand by enhancing its reputation, strengthening its community, and improving its ability to attract, enroll, and retain highly qualified students. Danielle also served as a subject matter expert to units across the School and advised on innovative strategies to position the organization in a competitive higher education landscape.
Prior to their time at Boston University, Danielle was the Marketing Manager - Recruitment and Student Services at The Boston Conservatory from July 2013 to September 2015. In this role, Danielle produced, maintained, and managed BU School of Public Health digital content, including website, marketing materials, and branded items. Danielle also collected and analyzed relevant data to be used as the foundation for effective marketing strategies and managed the MARCOM Digital Team.
Before their role at The Boston Conservatory, Danielle served as an Assistant to the Vice President at Lion Brand Yarn Company from May 2012 to February 2013. Danielle began their career in January 2011 as a Multimedia Intern for GazetteNet.com at The Daily Hampshire Gazette.
Danielle Norton has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Danielle also has certification from Atlassian in Jira Fundamentals Badge, LinkedIn in Data Visualization for Marketers, LinkedIn in Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, LinkedIn in Learning Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn in Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan, LinkedIn in Lead Generation Foundations, and Google in Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
