Rafaela Pires is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, logistics, and technology. Currently serving as Manager of the Portfolio and Project Management Office at Statkraft, Rafaela previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Völur and MI-GSO | PCUBED, where involvement included supporting PMO tasks in a multinational IT program and establishing robust governance frameworks. Rafaela's experience also includes leading the IT Project Management Office at Ipiranga, overseeing a portfolio of over 120 projects, and managing over 40 projects as an Operational Excellence Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain. Rafaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Project Management from Universidade Estadual de Maringá and USP/Esalq, respectively.
