Liang Guo is a Weather Strategist at Statkraft and a former Scientific Researcher at the University of Reading. Liang Guo possesses a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Reading, obtained between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, Liang Guo earned a Master of Science (MS) in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, completing this degree from 2003 to 2007.
