Michelle Slaughter is a seasoned professional in the field of archaeology, currently serving as Principal Investigator for Historical Archaeology and Public Outreach at Statistical Research, Inc. since June 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Regional Operations Manager at Alpine Archaeological Consultants, Inc. and Principal Investigator/Historical Archaeologist at Metcalf Archaeological Consultants, Inc. Michelle also owned Avalon Archaeology and worked as an Archaeologist at RMC Consultants and Tetra Tech EM Inc. Educational qualifications include a BA in Archaeology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an MA in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology from the University of Colorado Denver.
